Training

Training will be completed by OEM's in Germany and Poland as well as USA once you are hired

Duties

- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery, including CNC machines and other automated equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and sensor-related issues using schematics, AutoCAD drawings, and diagnostic tools.
- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Conduct inspections of low voltage electrical systems and sensors to identify potential faults before they cause downtime.
- Utilize AutoCAD and schematics to interpret system layouts and assist in repairs or modifications.
- Communicate effectively with customers on-site to explain technical issues and recommend solutions,



ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation of all maintenance activities for compliance and future reference.

Requirements

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial electrician within manufacturing settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Hands-on experience with sensors, low voltage electrical systems, and troubleshooting CNC machinery.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and AutoCAD is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment calibration, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
