Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Field Technician / General Labourer to join our team! The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support the daily operations of our company. This position offers the potential for a trade apprenticeship pathway.

Duties The successful candidate will:

- assist with installing water well equipment and related controls, filtration equipment, monitoring well flow, etc.
- prep work sites, clean, etc.
- perform general labour tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- work both indoors & outdoors in all weather conditions
- have the opportunity to apprentice and gain hours under a BC ticketed Well Pump Installer to challenge certification through SkilledTradesBC

The candidate will provide their own proper PPE.



Skills/Certifications

- previous plumbing, electrical or construction related experience required
- valid driver's license required
- must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
- must be responsible, safety-conscious, efficient, and punctual
- must be in good physical condition and able to work independently or under direction
- previous experience in the water well industry is preferred

Compensation

- wage range $22.00-$28.00/hr, to be negotiated based on previous experience, efficiency, and skill level.

Typical Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- some overtime
- some out of town work with LOA coverage
