As the Financial Controller, you will manage the accounting team at WINMAR® and ensure compliance with Canadian tax and accounting regulations.

The role entails overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and developing strategies for financial improvements. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s financial health and operational success. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct monthly and annual financial closing processes
- Prepare financial statements in line with ASPE or IFRS
- Supervise the accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations
- Present financial results to executive teams
- Implement solid internal controls and operational processes Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or finance
- Must hold a CPA designation
- 3-5+ years in a financial management role
- Experience with audit processes and reporting
