Duties

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within various accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, and UltiPro.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments.
- Reconcile accounts regularly to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies using tools like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, and other payroll or time management systems.
- Assist with payroll processing by verifying employee hours and ensuring correct deductions through systems such as Kronos or UltiPro.
- Support bookkeeping activities by maintaining organized financial records and preparing account analysis reports.
- Conduct account reconciliation tasks to verify ledger accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently.




- Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting activities and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with payroll systems including ADP, Ceridian, Kronos or UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills combined with analytical thinking for account analysis and budgeting support.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools like Workday or Sage and learn new processes efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
