Role Responsibilities:

This position will entail you to work directly with lenders to provide customers with financial services on recent and used inventory.

- Complete all purchase agreements, bills of sale, finance contracts, lease agreements, applications for registration and all other documents necessary for the sale and lease of vehicles and ensure these are completed accurately.
- Organizing and completing lien payouts.
- Pull car proofs on all incoming trade vehicles.
- Gather customer credit applications in person; sell financial and insurance products as well as warranties, protection products.
- Gather buy out quotes on both finance and lease contracts.




- Submitting finance and lease applications and securing approvals for customers with prime credit as well as those who are credit challenged.
- Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries, prepare any purchased protection items. Inform sales consultant and ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Maintain involvement within the sales department.
- Process lease transfers and lease buyouts.
- Keep in Contact with Insurance.
- Attend Manager meetings and training sessions as required.
- Ensure the achievement of pre-determined volume and gross profit goals.
- Other duties as required by your manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experienced in customer service.
- Must be able to obtain VSA licence - must complete a back round check .
- Fast learning skills to keep up to date on new product and training.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Strong ability to negotiate and sell.
- Previous experience in sales and the automotive industry is not mandatory but welcomed.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission Salary: $80,000 to $160,000 plus/year
