The Company is seeking a progressive

Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA)

who thrives in a rapid-paced environment supporting both ongoing and new initiatives in a diverse role. The ideal candidate is personable, confident, and capable of cross-functional communication, demonstrating strong presentation skills and the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities and oversight

Lead and coordinate strategic financial management and operations of a business unit

Support financial planning and analysis activities to drive strategic decision making

Contribute to M&A; activities, including due diligence and integration activities

Collaborate cross functionally with operations teams to ensure accuracy of financial results

Oversee acquisition accounting and purchase price allocations (PPA) for strategic growth transactions

Assist in developing financial reporting processes and analysis for senior management

Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular feedback and reviews





Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary and annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details to be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

CPA designation with a public accounting background, preferably in external audit

Strong knowledge of IFRS, including revenue recognition and acquisition accounting/PPA

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly

Ability to operate confidently in a collaborative environment with minimal direct supervision

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving business needs

Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with 1 day in-office every two weeks and flexibility as required
