- Post-secondary education with a diploma or degree in Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with the Mexican regulations, including applicable tax regulations, compliance requirements, payroll-related processes and REPSE.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across regions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain the highest standard of confidentiality
- Robust computer skills and knowledge in relevant office software applications (such as Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, charts and graphs, lookup tables, formulas, and filtering)
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Motivated with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
