- Is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity
- Demonstrates a solid work ethic and takes initiative
- Can handle food preparation during high-volume periods and works well under pressure




- Understands the importance of maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborates effectively with others, welcomes direction, and values feedback
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Is comfortable preparing soups from scratch, making house-made pizzas, and crafting featured sandwiches on a daily basis
- Holds a Food Handler's Certificate
