- Deliver instruction in climbing and belaying techniques
- Greet and orient participants about facility regulations




- Manage and inspect rental climbing equipment
- Supervise climbers to maintain safety standards
- Adapt services to ensure inclusion for all abilities Requirements:
- Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
- In-depth knowledge of climbing practices
- Certification as ACMG Level 1 Climbing Gym Instructor
- Experience in climbing risk management
