This role offers 20-30 hours weekly with a need for flexible scheduling, including emergency calls. Ideal candidates will possess experience in various maintenance disciplines such as electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct daily inspections of building equipment • Log details for security and alarm systems • Diagnose and repair maintenance issues efficiently • Maintain and enforce safety standards in the facility • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities
