We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Floor Supervisor to support daily operations in a residential group home setting. This role provides leadership to front-line staff while ensuring a safe, respectful, and structured environment for residents.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting and guiding staff on shift
- Coordinating daily routines and activities
- Ensuring policies and safety procedures are followed
- Communicating with management and team members
- Assisting with documentation and shift oversight

Qualifications:

- Experience working in a residential, community, or support setting preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for 12-hour day shifts (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Job Type: Full time Pay: $22.15-$25.15 per hour
