Responsibilities

- Assist in selecting, arranging, and maintaining fresh flowers and plants for retail displays and special orders
- Support greenhouse operations by watering, pruning, repotting, and caring for a variety of plants and flowers
- Help customers find the perfect floral or plant products by providing friendly, knowledgeable service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the greenhouse and retail space to ensure an inviting environment
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays that highlight seasonal themes and promotions
- Handle cash register transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process cash handling efficiently
- Contribute to landscape maintenance tasks such as planting,



trimming, and general garden upkeep when needed

Requirements

- Prior experience or strong interest in gardening, horticulture, or floral design is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels, display setups, and inventory records
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the workday
- Basic familiarity with retail sales processes including cashiering and e-commerce platforms is advantageous
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Willingness to learn about landscape maintenance techniques and floral merchandising strategies
- must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
