Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate the Micros POS system accurately for order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage cash transactions with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with health regulations




- Assist in food inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Support team members during busy periods by coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth service flow

Experience

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is an asset
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a lively environment
- Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
