Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Worker to join our operations team. This is a hands-on role involving machine operation, packing, and palletizing in a fast-paced production environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in consistency and quality, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production and packaging machinery
- Palletize products (20–25 kg bags) safely and efficiently
- Seal and prepare products for shipment
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Follow all safety procedures and food handling standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

Qualifications

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments




- Experience in food production (asset)
- Ability to lift and move 20–25 kg repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
