Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team at Triple O's in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role involves preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, robust hospitality skills, and a commitment to food safety standards.

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly valued, including barista experience and food handling expertise. This position offers an engaging work environment where teamwork and professionalism are essential.

Duties

- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly service
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations
- Provide support in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling,



or portioning ingredients
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any special requests or concerns

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required
- experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
