About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for developing new clients, promoting our foreign exchange and cross-border payment services, and helping clients find suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively develop new business opportunities and potential clients through phone calls, WeChat, social media, in-person visits, networking, and business events.
- Promote the Company's foreign exchange and cross-border payment services to prospective clients.
- Understand clients' financial needs and introduce relevant services, transaction processes, and competitive exchange rate advantages.
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process, including initial contact, rate inquiries, quotations, and transaction-related consultations, and actively drive client conversion and sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and conduct ongoing follow-ups with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, client referrals, and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confident, outgoing, proactive, and comfortable building relationships with clients.
- Strong execution skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Interested in sales,



financial services, foreign exchange, or the cross-border payments industry.
- Previous sales experience, an existing client network, business connections, or relevant industry experience is an asset.
