We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Photobooth Operator to join our team and help create memorable experiences at weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions.

As a Photobooth Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our photobooth equipment, assisting guests, keeping the booth running smoothly, and ensuring every event is fun and professional from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Arrive at event locations on time and professionally dressed.
- Transport, set up, and safely operate photobooth equipment.
- Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Assist guests with using the photobooth, props, and photo features.
- Monitor equipment throughout the event and troubleshoot basic issues when needed.
- Keep the photobooth area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Encourage guests to participate and create a fun atmosphere.
- Break down and safely pack equipment at the end of each event.
- Communicate professionally with clients, event staff, and venue personnel.
- Follow company procedures for equipment handling and event operations.

Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people.
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently at events.




- Basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, computers, and technology.
- Ability to lift and transport photobooth equipment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Previous event, hospitality, customer service, or photography experience is an asset but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from event locations.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys meeting new people, has great customer-service skills, and can stay calm and professional in a busy event environment. You should be comfortable taking initiative and making sure guests have a great experience without needing constant supervision. Photography or event experience is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right person.
