A portfolio or relevant work samples demonstrating previous medical editing experience is required to be considered.

What You’ll Do

- Review and edit medical and healthcare content for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and clarity
- Ensure materials comply with applicable regulatory and healthcare communication standards
- Support the development of HCP and pharmaceutical marketing content
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, account, and medical teams as needed
- Proofread materials carefully and maintain consistency across deliverables

Qualifications

- Must be fully bilingual in English and French
- Professional medical-editing experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising




- Strong understanding of HCP and pharmaceutical marketing materials
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare communications
- Exceptional proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical agency experience strongly preferred
