Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a French Teacher.

The French

Teacher will plan and deliver live online French lessons, adapting instruction to different proficiency levels and learning styles. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, designing activities that build speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, and providing regular feedback on student progress. The role involves assessing learner needs, maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, and communicating with students and caregivers as needed.

The French





Teacher will also contribute to continuous improvement of teaching resources and support a positive, inclusive learning workplace.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in French Teaching and general Teaching for diverse learner levels.
- Experience in Tutoring and individualized instruction to support different learning goals.
- Background in Education and understanding of pedagogical best practices.
- Knowledge of Teacher Training principles and willingness to share and refine teaching methods.
- Near-native or native proficiency in French and strong command of English for clear communication.
- Ability to use online teaching platforms, digital tools, and interactive resources effectively.
- Strong classroom management skills in virtual settings and commitment to inclusive, respectful instruction.
- Relevant degree in French, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience teaching French online or in-person is highly beneficial.
