We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide information to guests.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and special requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is a plus.
