The Casual Reception Vacation Relief will complete such duties including but not limited to:
- Casual Vacation Relief when Clinic Manager is on Holidays (January or February for 2 weeks Mandatory)
- 1-2 day per week max at current that could develop into more
- Direct Billing – When booking current patients adding there direct billing information into their Jane account so it can be put through for their consults
- New Patient Waitlist Management – Add new patients to the waitlist and go through the waitlist from the beginning and call the patients to book
- Filling appointments as they become available
- Opening the front door via the Hik-Connect app
- Experience with Jane App an asset
- Friendly and comfortable greeting patients
Pay: $24.00 per hour
