Front Desk Receptionist – Quinn Nail Spa (Hillside Mall)

Quinn Nail Spa is looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Greeting clients and providing excellent customer service
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Processing payments and gift cards
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized
- Assisting with daily salon operations
- Supporting technicians and management when needed

Requirements:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Comfortable using computers and booking software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset, but training can be provided

Pay: $18.2–$20.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
