At Revolution Physiotherapy and Massage, we're dedicated to providing exceptional service in a warm and welcoming environment. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Evening Receptionist/Assistant. We are currently looking to fill a position for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 3-8pm in September but this position has the potential to grow to more hours.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
-Assist physiotherapists with basic tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and perform basic cleaning duties at closing
-Manage the clinic's closing procedures at the end of the day
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is an asset but mentorship and training can be provided
- Experience with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, scheduling software such as Jane)
-Professional and friendly demeanor -Availability to work weekday evenings (to 8pm)
