Duties

- Greet visitors and guests with enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service and ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they arrive
- Verify visitor information, manage check-in procedures, and direct guests to appropriate areas or staff members
- Handle cash transactions accurately for admissions, tickets, or merchandise sales
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring only authorized individuals enter designated areas
- Provide information about the facility’s programs, activities,



or schedules through clear public speaking and friendly communication
- Support guest services by answering questions, guiding visitors around the premises, and addressing any concerns promptly

Qualifications

- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate with diverse audiences
- Proven customer service experience with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently in a quick-paced setting
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing visitor flow and safety protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain energetic throughout shifts
