Browns Socialhouse Lethbridge West is seeking two career focused, ambitious hospitality professionals to join our management team on a permanent and ongoing basis. We have two full time salaried positions available. Position titles and responsibilities will be determined based on the skills and experience of the hire as we are looking for people with passion for hospitality first and foremost.

Duties

- Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, expeditors, and bartenders ensuring smooth daily operations
- Lead team management activities such as interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee food handling and service procedures to uphold food safety standards and quality assurance
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Operate POS systems or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling with accuracy
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health regulations across the front of house areas

Here are some of the experiences and skill we value

- Leadership training or education




- Experience leading or managing (leadership in hospitality or food and beverage is an asset)
- 2+ years of Front of House operations experience, preferably in a premium casual environment
- A passion for hospitality and a creative approach to crafting great guest experiences
- Proficiency with Squirrel, Eigen, Shift4 POS and/or payment solutions is an asset
