Role Overview Pie Guys Pizzeria is seeking a dedicated, heart-led Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house team and maintain the warm, family-first environment our community loves. This position is about stewardship: leading an experienced, tightly-knit staff that has worked together for over eight years, maintaining our high standards of service, and treating the restaurant, team, and patrons with deep mutual respect.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and support a veteran front-of-house team with empathy, fairness, and consistency. Preserve our collaborative, family-oriented work culture.
- Daily FOH Operations: Oversee daily floor operations, customer service, seating, order flow, and cash handling to ensure smooth, high-energy service shifts.
- Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of hospitality, resolve guest concerns promptly, and build genuine relationships with regular patrons.
- Staff Scheduling & Coordination: Manage FOH shift schedules, balance coverage, and coordinate seamlessly with kitchen leadership and ownership.




- Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor front-of-house supply levels, maintain floor cleanliness, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications & Expectations

- Proven Leadership: Experience managing or supervising in a high-volume restaurant or pizzeria setting.
- Strong Operational Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, scheduling, cash reconciliation, and floor management.

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- Babysitting: 2 years (required)
- Managing a restaurant: 10 years (required)
