Front Service & Prep Support Team Member

Occasional Sundays | 4:00–8:00 PM

This role is specifically for someone who is HIGH ENERGY, FAST, and can confidently juggle 3–4 things at once. If you thrive in a busy environment and love staying constantly on the move, we want you!

The Role

You’ll be the friendly face of Pizza Quest while helping keep the front of house running smoothly. You’ll be taking orders, helping customers, handling payments, supporting prep, packaging orders, stocking, and keeping the area clean — often all at the same time.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome customers with energy, positivity, and a smile
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Answer customer questions and provide great service
- Package and organize orders quickly
- Help with light prep, salads, stocking, and restocking
- Keep the front counter and dining area clean
- Multitask and prioritize several tasks at once during busy periods
- Work closely with the team to keep orders moving

We’re Looking For

- Extremely energetic and outgoing
- Fast-moving and able to stay focused under pressure
- Excellent multitasker — comfortable handling 3–4 things at once
- Friendly, confident,



and comfortable talking to customers
- Reliable, positive, and hardworking
- Team player with a strong sense of urgency
- Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required

Requirements

- Food Handler’s Certificate or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in school preferred
