About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Frontend-Focused Full Stack Product Engineer to help build the next generation of analytics and AI-powered business applications.

In this role, you'll own the development of highly interactive, user-centric web applications that transform complex data, forecasts, AI insights, and operational workflows into intuitive and impactful digital experiences. You'll work closely with product leaders, business stakeholders, data scientists, and platform engineers to deliver applications that drive smarter decisions and improve operational performance.

This position is ideal for an engineer who excels at frontend development, cares deeply about user experience, and enjoys collaborating across disciplines to bring innovative products to life.

What You'll Do:

Lead Frontend Engineering

- Design, develop, and maintain contemporary web applications using React, TypeScript, and contemporary frontend frameworks .
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Develop reusable component libraries, design systems, and scalable frontend architectures.
- Create data-rich dashboards, analytics visualizations, decision-support tools, and operational workflows.
- Optimize applications for performance, usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Drive frontend engineering best practices, including testing, code quality, maintainability, and performance standards.
- Design and implement secure authentication and authorization experiences.

Build Full Stack Solutions
- Integrate applications with APIs, analytics platforms, and AI services.




- Develop lightweight backend services and middleware as needed.
- Collaborate with backend and platform teams on API design and integration.
- Ensure secure connectivity between applications and enterprise systems.
- Partner with platform engineers on deployment, monitoring, reliability, and application operations.
- Work closely with data science and machine learning teams to surface insights through intuitive user experiences.

Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and operational challenges.
- Translate complex analytics and AI concepts into practical, user-friendly applications.
- Gather user feedback and continuously improve product usability and adoption.
- Contribute to technical documentation, testing strategies, and end-user support materials.
- Participate in technical design reviews and architectural discussions.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience building and delivering production-grade web applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript .
- Strong experience with React and modern frontend architecture patterns.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, React Query , or similar.
- Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards ( WCAG ), and browser compatibility.
- Experience building highly interactive dashboards and data-intensive user interfaces.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Working knowledge of backend development with Node.js, .NET , or similar technologies.




- Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks, including Microsoft Entra ID .
- Experience deploying and supporting cloud-hosted applications on Microsoft Azure or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and automated quality assurance practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric , Power BI embedding , or analytics platforms.
- Experience building AI-enabled applications or advanced analytics products.
- Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma and user-centered design practices.
- Experience developing workflow, approval, audit, or decision-support applications.
- Industry experience in transportation, logistics, airport operations, planning, or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with Azure App Services, Container Apps, Azure Functions, and serverless architectures.
