Full time Support Staff Reporting to the Manager, Student Learning and Transitions, the Frontline Support, Student Success provides reception and secretarial support to the Student Learning and Transitions and Access and Belonging teams and supports the effective and efficient operation of services within the Student Development and Services (SDS) Division.
The Frontline
Support, Student Success Secretary is responsible for booking appointments; completing intake and screening for students and eligible alumni; collecting and tracking consultation, program, and service utilization data; maintaining departmental policy and procedure materials; supporting departmental programming; and assisting Managers with tracking departmental budgets. The successful candidate will have a two-year office administration diploma from a recognized college along with a minimum of one (1) two three (3) years of relevant work experience, preferably in a post-secondary setting.
This position is classified as Wage Grade 30, with a wage range from $24.09 per hour (Step 1) to $30.50 per hour (Step 9). Placement within the salary range will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
