We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Full-Cycle Accounting Person to manage our daily financial operations. The ideal candidate thrives on structure and ensures our financial reporting is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time every month.

Key Responsibilities

- Journal Entry Logging: Record daily transactions into the general journal using double-entry bookkeeping principles (debits and credits).

- General Ledger Maintenance: Post journal entries into specific ledger accounts to track category balances like cash, inventory, and accounts payable.

- Trial Balance Verification: Prepare unadjusted trial balances at the end of each period to verify total debits and credits match perfectly.

- Worksheet Adjustments: Analyze financial worksheets to record matching-principle adjusting entries, including accrued expenses, prepaid insurance, and depreciation.

- Adjusted Trial Balance Auditing: Run secondary trial balances incorporating adjustments to eliminate errors before formal reporting.

- Financial Statement Generation:



Prepare and deliver the three primary financial documents: Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.

- Period-End Closing: Successfully close the books by resetting all temporary accounts to zero, transferring balances to retained earnings, and preparing permanent accounts for the next cycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent proven work experience).

- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping.

- Core Knowledge: Expert understanding of standard GAAP/IFRS principles, matching-principle adjustments, and double-entry bookkeeping.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, robust analytical skills, and a strict commitment to data integrity and deadlines.
