We’re looking for an AI-native Full Stack Engineer to build and scale new capabilities within our existing production logistics platform, Navigate , supporting WMS/OMS operations and AI-powered logistics workflows. You’ll work within an established production platform, using AI-assisted engineering to build, automate, integrate, and ship faster.

What You'll Do

- Build new features within our existing Java/Spring Boot platform
- Develop scalable web applications using Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party systems
- Build AI-powered agents, automations, and logistics workflows
- Develop internal tools used daily by operations and logistics teams
- Work with LLMs, system prompts, context engineering, structured outputs, RAG and tool calling
- Optimize AI solutions for accuracy, speed, reliability and cost
- Use AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate delivery
- Work directly with business and operations teams to turn real problems into production solutions

What We're Looking For




- Strong Java/Spring Boot and full-stack engineering experience
- Experience with Angular and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
- Strong API, integration and production systems experience
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, AI agents or generative AI
- Strong understanding of prompt/context engineering and AI orchestration
- Proven ability to work within and extend an existing production codebase
- Solid engineering judgment—you can validate, test and improve AI-generated code
- Ability to move quickly from problem → solution → production

Nice to Have: Experience with 3PL, WMS/OMS, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, e-commerce or supply-chain technology .

What Success Looks Like

We aren't looking for someone who writes every line of code by hand. We're looking for an engineer who knows how to orchestrate AI, software and strong engineering judgment to ship secure, scalable solutions dramatically faster.
