A Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional experience will facilitate your effective decision-making and collaborative efforts in this essential role. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of accommodation requests with detailed analysis
- Develop individualized plans based on unique circumstances
- Consult with faculty and stakeholders on accommodation issues
- Document processes and facilitate procedural compliance
- Manage sensitive information while ensuring privacy protections Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
- 2-4 years experience in equitable decision-making support
- Strong knowledge of human rights regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
