This role focuses on providing safety and structure for those in recovery. You will play a crucial role in overseeing clients and supporting their daily recovery process. Your responsibilities include managing daily operations and facilitating activities that build a supportive recovery environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise clients and promote respectful behavior
- Organize campus activities and assist with daily logistics
- Conduct safety checks and report concerns as necessary




- Engage in spiritual mentorship and facilitate support groups
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and campus order Requirements:
- Relevant education in ministry or social work preferred
- Experience with addiction services or in a residential setting is a plus
- Valid driver’s license may be required
- Current First Aid Certification is helpful
