Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Time Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene for a condominium building, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. Your proactive approach will contribute to the overall upkeep and presentation of our facilities.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash disposal
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by sanitizing surfaces and fixtures regularly
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and fixtures are in good working order
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the property manager's team
- Keep cleaning supplies organized and notify supervisors when stock needs replenishing
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong physical stamina to perform cleaning duties efficiently throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions clearly and work as part of a team
