Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, hallways, lobbies, and exterior spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and other shared facilities with precision and care.
- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, promptly reporting issues for resolution.
- Assist with light custodial tasks such as trash removal, floor care, window cleaning, and replenishing supplies to ensure a consistently tidy setting.




- Support hospitality functions by helping with guest requests or special event setups as needed.
- Follow established safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a protected working workplace for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction at all times.

Experience

- Prior custodial or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting such as hotels or resorts is highly preferred.
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures.
- Solid work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments will be considered a plus but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for creating welcoming spaces is essential.
