Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food handling, and food preparation zones
- Assist with food service operations, including basic food preparation and ensuring food safety compliance
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with solid customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry
- Ability to perform basic math for bill calculations and cash handling accurately
- Experience with food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and upselling techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours in a full-time capacity, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
