Fliphaus is a Toronto-based home staging and interiors company. We transform properties into thoughtfully designed, market-ready homes by combining beautiful furnishings, careful planning and professional execution.

We are looking for a reliable, honest and effective Furniture Delivery Driver & Staging Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on position involving driving, loading, furniture delivery, installation and removal at residential properties throughout the GTA.

This is not a parcel-delivery role. The successful candidate will help bring our staging designs to life while protecting our inventory and treating every client’s property with care.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate up to a 26' truck for deliveries and pickups
- Load and unload furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting and accessories
- Transport staging inventory between our warehouse and residential properties
- Place furniture and décor according to instructions from the staging team
- Assemble and disassemble furniture when required
- Wrap, secure and protect inventory during transportation
- Protect floors, walls, elevators and doorways while moving items
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Keep the truck, loading equipment and warehouse areas clean and organized
- Assist with inventory preparation, packing and warehouse organization
- Communicate professionally with stagers, team members, clients and building staff
- Conduct yourself in a way that represents Fliphaus well
- Follow delivery schedules and report delays or issues promptly
- Support staging installations and removals as required

Qualifications
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence




- Clean driver’s abstract
- 3 years of professional driving experience preferred
- Furniture delivery, moving, warehousing, installation or event-production experience is an asset
- Comfortable driving a 26' moving truck throughout Toronto and the GTA
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Comfortable moving large or awkward furniture with a partner
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and furniture assembly
- Strong attention to detail and respect for high-value inventory
- Dependable, punctual and able to follow a schedule
- Professional, respectful and team-oriented
- Able to work weekdays, starting at 8AM
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

Schedule and Working Conditions
- Typical start time: 730AM-8AM
- Typical end time: Varies by project
- Typical working days: Monday-Friday
- Warehouse location: Scarborough
- Service area: Greater Toronto Area
- Some schedules may change based on staging and property-listing timelines
- Work takes place in warehouses, trucks, condominiums and residential homes
- Regular lifting, carrying, bending and stair use are required
