- Can you safely lift and carry 50+ pounds?
- Do you have any current or previous injuries or physical limitations that could affect your ability to safely perform the duties of this job?
- Can you work outside and still be happy and productive in all kinds of weather—honestly?
- Can you comfortably go without your personal phone for several hours at a time while you’re working?

Hours & Pay
- Starting wage: 22–30 per hour (based on experience)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, generally 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (some flexibility depending on the season and weather)
- Average weekly hours: 30–40 hours in peak season
- Overtime may be available during busy periods
- We don't typically work evenings, weekends, or holidays — gardening time is for daylight hours; we want you to relax, play, and be with loved ones too!
