Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles promptly and accurately using modern POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Operate fuel pumps safely, ensuring proper handling of products and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and upselling convenience items or car accessories.
- Maintain cleanliness of the fueling area, including pump stations, storefronts, and surrounding grounds.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at the end of each shift.




- Conduct basic merchandising tasks such as restocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring promotional displays are attractive and well-maintained.
- Communicate effectively with team members using clear phone etiquette and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Solid communication skills in English.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales transactions accurately.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage product displays and maintain cleanliness standards.
