Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses, utilizing your hospital experience and clinical judgment to develop effective care plans.
- Manage medication administration and oversee pain management protocols to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using electronic health record system:



Healthquest for seamless data collection and documentation.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness.
- Participate in home care visits and community outreach programs to extend quality healthcare beyond the clinic setting.
- Engage in ongoing research activities or quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practices and patient outcomes.

Requirements

- Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure as a Family Physician.
- Ability to perform medication administration accurately and safely across diverse patient needs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
