- Assist with planting and harvesting, and general crop maintenance
- Operate farm machinery such as tractors, tillers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use hand tools and power tools for tasks including fencing, soil preparation, and equipment repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on farm machinery and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of chemicals or fertilizers when applicable.

Skills





- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on farm machinery and equipment
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as loaders or harvesters confidently and safely.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring inputs, calculating quantities, or recording data accurately.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles to support crop health and growth management.
