Job Overview We are seeking a skilled, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Residential Handyman / Handyperson to join our team. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of repair, maintenance, and home improvement tasks for residential homeowners. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, delivering high-quality workmanship, and maintaining excellent customer relations directly with homeowners.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform minor plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaky faucets, replacing toilet components, clearing straightforward clogs).
- Handle basic electrical work (e.g., replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, ceiling fans).
- Execute general home repairs and carpentry tasks (e.g., drywall patching, door/window adjustments, trim installation, deck repairs).
- Complete interior/exterior touch-ups, painting, and caulking around tubs, sinks, and windows.
- Assemble furniture, hang art/TVs, and install fixtures or shelving units.
- Maintain clean,



safe job sites and respect clients' homes and property.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain necessary repairs, provide estimates, and ensure complete satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience in residential home repair, remodeling, or general carpentry. (References and/or photos of past work required)
- Proficiency with standard hand tools and power tools.
- Strong troubleshooting ability across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall).
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied home environments.

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
