Job Overview join our team to build from ground up a mixed use development. YouTube will learn various trades as you assist in the rebuild and upgrade to this property. Skilled workers welcome preferably in carpentry, but will help those willing to work.

Responsibilities

- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools and supplies
- Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks under supervision to support project progress
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery following safety protocols and instructions
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work setting for all team members
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to meet project deadlines
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues requiring attention

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods




- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well with others
- Prior experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments as needed
