TNT Excavation & Construction is looking for a General Construction & Landscape Labourer to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, willing to learn, and takes pride in quality work. This position involves a variety of outdoor, construction, landscaping, and excavation-related work.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform landscaping and general labour duties
- Assist with excavation, site preparation, grading, trucking, and demolition
- Perform basic construction tasks
- Assist with decks, framing, and other carpentry work as required
- Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and dump trucks based on experience
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work safely and efficiently on a variety of projects

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Reliable transportation — our shop is not located on a bus route
- Comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn new skills, tools, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking




- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Experience Considered an Asset

- Carpentry or general construction experience
- Framing, deck, or fence building experience
- Ability to read plans and technical drawings
- Landscaping or excavation experience
- Experience operating construction equipment
- Experience driving dump trucks

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 8–12 hour days as required
- Weekend work as needed
- Bi-weekly pay
