Duties

- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as assigned.
- Support team members in various construction or manufacturing tasks.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Skills

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.




- Basic knowledge of hand tools is preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar fields is a plus but not required.
