We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. This role is essential in supporting various tasks across multiple projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties

- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning work areas and equipment.
- Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.

Skills

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.




- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with others.
- Valuable communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
