Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our crew as laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Valid Class 5 drivers license $28/hr

No class 5 license $24/hr

Overtime after 8 hours daily

Travel time from shop to job site: $16/hr

Shop wage: $16/hr

**Housing/ hotels provided*

Required to start ASAP

Responsibilities

- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Examples of duties include: picking rocks and roots with side-by-side, broadcasting seed, installing erosion control,



installing barbed and/or paged wire fencing

Requirements

- Valid First Aid, H2S and Common Safety Orientation (CSO) is MANDATORY
- Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day is needed
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory. Wage for a valid drivers license is $28/hr, wage without a drivers license is $24/hr
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
