Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the work site
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Perform general site maintenance including waste removal and organizing supplies
- Help with minor repairs or assembly tasks under supervision
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or industrial environments
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
