The Steel Centre is looking for motivated workers to join our team in St. Thomas. It will be full time, straight shifts, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

Ability to read tape measure and have close attention to detail.

Steel knowledge or experience would be an asset but not a requirement

Operation of various equipment (will train)

Hand torch experience preferred To be able to perform repetitive actions and standing for long periods of time throughout the day is required

Moving/lifting/stacking and banding various steel products of varying weight (cranes for heavy lifting - will train)

Provide assistance to other co-workers as required to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Cleaning/Maintaining equipment & work area for efficiency and SAFETY!
