Your future role





- Provide preventative maintenance to the production equipment and building
- Ensure that the equipment and production lines run in an efficient manner
- Communicate with the Production team and coordinate inventory of parts and supplies
- Evaluate and analyze opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Maintain a safe work environment within the site and on each job

Required Skills

- 2 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting repairing equipment such as conveyors, pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, electrical motors and gearbox
- Excellent troubleshooting skills such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of electrical systems and/or PLC troubleshooting
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics - an asset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Language skills: bilinguals in French and English
